Whitney Blair Beleski Custom Home Crow Creek Blog Update 6-22-09

Good Morning. We hope you had a great weekend, and that the weather up north was a nice as it was here in Southeastern North Carolina. Everything is coming together very nicely at your Whitney Blair Custom Home in Crow Creek. The driveway is poured, cabinets and counter tops are wrapping up, and it will not be too long until your new home is ready for you to move into. Whitney Blair Inc. Beleski Custom Home Crow Creek 5/14/2009

Painters will be setting up shop tomorrow in your home, are you really sure that you want your master bedroom to be painted bright pink??? Propane tank will be installed one day next week. Interior trim is complete and the fireplace mantle will be built next week. As you can see in the picture below, the garage doors have been installed and are looking great. The interior trim carpentry is nearly complete. Wow did they knock it out quick. The slab for pool and patio will be poored soon. We are waiting for a little break in the weather. The special wood board that you gave us was installed yesterday in the mudroom. Closets and shower doors have been measured and we expect the bids to come in next week. The door for audio equipment closet has finally been installed!! Please see the progress pictures below. Pay special attention to the last two :). Have a great weekend.

Wow, the progress over the past few weeks has been amazing on your Whitney Blair Inc. Custom Home in Crow Creek. One look at the pictures and you will see the home is really coming together. The tile and wood floors have been installed, exterior painting is complete (besides a few touch ups). The pool area has been graded, and design of the rear patio will begin shortly. Now onto the fun stuff, the Whitney Blair signature interior trim carpentry will begin this week. We hope you have a great week.

This Whitney Blair Inc. Custom Home in Crow Creek is really looking amazing.

Tile floors and Master Bath shower going in today through Friday… we certainly have received some great tile ideas from Vicky at Southern Studios Interior Design!

Wood floors will be starting on Monday. Our client has asked for us to install a very special piece of millwork for him in the mud room floor. Now that is what makes a house into a Whitney Blair Custom Home. Soon we will have trim carpenters working to put the final touches on this beautiful home.

Roofing starting this week… Oh boy we are cooking now!


Now that paint is being put on the home, it is taking shape. These recent pictures show us why Whitney Blair is considered the best builder in the county.


Sure are a lot of wires for all that woodworking equipment in that garage! Mike Beleski must be moonlighting as a millwork company!
